Integrated with our SUNCOM voice network services and MyFloridaNet, STEPS offers an end-to-end, complete turn-key, integrated telephony solution with a Vendor Management Option. To provide better service and reliability, DMS has incorporated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) into STEPS to back up SUNCOM requirements for superior performance.
