Live Operator
When more than an Integrated Voice Response (IVR) is required, we provide Live Operator services which may compliment or augment the IVR for a more robust offering. Live Operator services provided through PATLive (Professionally Answered Telephones) are availble as prime and/or back-up to existing agency contact centers. Agencies sometimes wish to outsource specific applications or one-time projects instead of providing permanent staffing for such centers.
Operators are well trained and provide addional value and customer service for IVR applications. The service provider has the capability to utilize Customer Relationship Management access to agency data bases to assist in serving your customers.
Live Operator services require a small start-up cost and are priced based on usage. In most cases a term commitment is not required for Operator Services.
