Hosted Fax Service
SUNCOM's Hosted Fax Service provides an alternative to traditional fax machines, fax servers, and telephone lines. Send and receive faxes with only a network connection and a web browser. Inbound faxes are received at the enterprise server, converted to PDF or TIFF, encrypted according to your preference and delivered to the recipient.
Delivery can take place by attaching the fax to an email, FTP, or receiving a notification via email URL notification with the URL to receive the fax from the portal. Outgoing faxes will be sent by uploading the document (pdf, doc, or tiff) to the fax portal. Using a secure SSL connection and an individual login, you can upload documents and fax them to any U.S number. Sent faxes can be retained on the system for a period of time making them easy to resend.
