Metropolitan Area Network (2GMAN)
Introduced in 1990 as the Tallahassee FDDI MAN, the enhanced 2nd Generation Metropolitan Area Network (2GMAN) provides multi-site, high-speed networking between Tallahassee user locations, with controlled gateways to common State applications.
