Multi-Room Videoconferences (Three or More):

IP Video Network Services:
The SUNCOM Videoconferencing Network also offers IP (H.323) video bridging and gateway services to customers who operate their own IP videoconference rooms. Customers can order one of the package plans listed below or can use the service on a "pay per use" basis:

Up to 50-hours of bridging and/or gateway services (Customers who request IP services for 20 or more sites will receive a 27% discount in their rates) | $350.00/month/site |

To order one of the above listed package plans you must submit a CSA using the on-line CSA ordering system. Customers who order a package plan can make conference reservations using a web-based scheduling system. Customers who use the "pay per use" option will contact the SUNCOM Videoconference Network staff to schedule conferences.
Please Note:
- 60 minutes is the minimum time for which videoconferences can be scheduled.
- A scheduled videoconference must be cancelled 48 business hours in advance to avoid being charged for the hours scheduled.
Payment
For State Agencies, Universities, Community Colleges and Local Governments:
- Your videoconference will be invoiced to your phone number that you specify and included with your SUNCOM bill.
