Minority Utilization Plans
State agencies and universities complete their Minority Utilization Business Plans each fiscal year. These plans are finalized as they are reviewed and approved by the Executive Director. As completed plans are received, they are posted to this site.
State Agency 90-day Spending Plans
The OSD posts and updates (quarterly) State Agency 90-day Spending Plans as we recieve them. Review these spending plans to see what agencies have budgeted for purchases during each quarter.
