Certification Documentation Requirements
The documents required for M/WBE certification varies by business structure, length of time in business and ethnic category. Please submit the items to the Office of Supplier Diversity within 25 days of completing the MyFloridaMarketPlace registration so that your M/WBE Certification can be completely processed.Please call (850) 487-0915 or email OSDHELP with any questions you may have.

- We DO NOT certify non-profit corporations.
- Business Owners MUST be U.S. Citizens in order to qualify for certification.
- Resident Aliens DO NOT qualify for certification.

Due to the increasing difficulty to obtain public records documents which lists ethnicity, the Office of Supplier Diversity has developed an Affidavit of Ethnic Designation. If you find that your birth certificate and/or your voter registration card do not list an ethnic designation, please use this affidavit. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship along with this affidavit.
