The Council on Efficient Government is charged with developing and employing a standard process for reviewing business cases for outsourcing and documenting and sharing best practices and lessons learned related to these initiatives. With these goals in mind, this page has been created as a central body of knowledge to aid agencies, employees and vendors as they investigate outsourcing opportunities. The Council and its staff are committed to adding value and support to agency initiatives that seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government.
