Report Cards
The Council on Efficient Government continues its mission to review, evaluate and provide advice on agency outsourcing and to ensure that sound business practices are applied to agency efforts.
For 2008, key accomplishments of the Council include:
· Evaluated 28 business cases with a cumulative value of over $244 million identifying over $53 million in projected savings to the state
· Educated over 130 agency staff on the business case development and submission process
· Advocated the need for innovation and best practices to senior agency leadership
