Council Meetings
Council meetings are open to the general public and are subject to the “Florida Sunshine Law”, as outlined in Chapter 286.011, Florida Statutes (F.S.). Because the council’s duties relate to purchasing, notices of council meetings are posted in the Florida Administrative Weekly pursuant to Chapter 120.525, F.S., and on the Vendor Bid System pursuant to Chapter 287.042(3)(b)2, F.S. For convenience, notices of upcoming meetings are also posted below, along with materials related to those meetings. Public Comment Requests
The council encourages and values input from the public. Each council meeting will include time on the agenda for interested parties to address the council in an open forum. Interested speakers may complete a public comment request form online, found on the How to Contact Us page or sign up to speak immediately prior to the council meeting. Note: For electronic requests, please sign up a minimum of one day prior to council meeting.
