The Online Services link takes you to Retirement Online, a secure Web site for retirees and other payees of the FRS Pension Plan. You can view and print information about your account including:
• most recent benefit payment information,
• benefit payment history,
• pension verification form, and • IRS Forms 1099-R since tax year 2000.

You can also view your:
• current tax withholding election,
• other benefit deductions, and • mailing address of record.

- Consumer Hotlines - Access toll-free consumer hotlines of the Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS), where you can ask a financial question or file a consumer complaint, reach the FLDFS Consumer Helpline, or obtain the Annual Financial Report for Florida (CAFR). The FLDFS Web site is also the place where you can check to see if the state is holding money or other unclaimed property in your name.

- SBA - Florida State Board of Administration is the State Agency that manages the investment of the FRS Trust Fund and administers the FRS Investment Plan.

| E-mail your retired payroll comments or questions to us. Please include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, the last four digits of your social security number (SSN), and your phone number if you require an answer from us.

2009 Cost of Living Adjustment
| Your annual cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will increase your July 31st FRS benefit payment. If your retirement was effective on or before July 1, 2008, you will receive the full 3% COLA increase. If your retirement effective date was after July 1, 2008, your first cost-of-living increase will be a partial increase based on the number of months you have been retired in that fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th). NOTE: National Guard Supplemental Retirement benefit payments and Health Insurance Subsidy (HIS) payments are not increased by this COLA.

Notice To Retirees
| Due to the new 2009 Stimulus Package, the tax withholding rates changed effective March 2009. The new withholding rates resulted in a reduction of taxes for many pension payees. View our Retiree Tax Withholding Rates document for more information.

IRS 1099-R Form
| You can view and print out your annual IRS 1099-R Form from our Web site. Log in using our Online Service, click on "Account Information", and then click on "1099-R History" in the W4-P information section. There you will find a list of years. Select a year to view the information and print a copy for your records or to file with the IRS.
