The Department of Management Services, Division of Retirement (Division), has most recently completed the 2006/07 surveys of Florida Retirement System (FRS) Retirement Coordinators, active members, recent retirees (retired within the last two years), and other retirees (retired more than two years) to determine their satisfaction with the retirement information and services the Division provides. Using the link below, you can download a copy of the final report, including the survey responses and comments of the survey participants. |

The information gathered in the surveys will help us improve the information and services we provide. We will not be able to address all of the concerns that the coordinators, members, and retirees told us about, but we will review all of them and share these concerns with legislators and other officials when those issues are beyond the scope of the Division. |
