Updates for the Department of Revenue

Updates are made by the Division of Retirement for the Department of Revenue's Tax Forms with a final update provided to the Department of Revenue on or about December 1 each year. The final updates are published by the Department of Revenue on the form DR-350900, as well as on Schedules XII and XIII of the DR-908. Please refer to the Department of Revenue forms each year for the official updates.
