- Department of Management Services - The parent agency of the Division of Retirement, which administers the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan established under part I of chapter 121, Florida Statutes.
- Florida State Board of Administration - The agency that manages the investment of the Florida Retirement System Trust Fund and administers the Florida Retirement System Investment Plan established under part II of chapter 121, Florida Statutes.
- Department of Elder Affairs - The agency constitutionally designated by Florida voters to "serve as the primary state agency" responsible for administering human services programs for the elderly ( see s. 430.03, Florida Statutes). Its purpose is to serve elders to help them keep their self-sufficiency and self-determination. The agency's Web site provides information about health and wellness, long-term care, community-based care, projects and publications.
- Online Sunshine - The Official Internet Web site of the Florida Legislature. (This Web site provides information about the membership and organization of the Florida Legislature and about bills filed for consideration by the Florida Legislature in recent years, including the current or upcoming legislative session. Separate tabs provide access to the Florida Statutes and Constitution, Lobbyist Information, and an "Information Center" with links to general information about the legislative process and use of the website.)
- Florida Laws - General and local bills enacted into law - "Chapter Laws" - may be downloaded from this Web site for viewing or printing at your computer. (General laws are available from 1997 to the present, while local laws are available only from 2001 forward.) Cross reference tables can help you find a chapter law number if you know the associated bill number or mini-title ("nickname") for the legislation.
- State of Florida Employees' Deferred Compensation Program - State agency that manages the deferred compensation program ("457 Plan") for state employees.
- Florida Agency Web sites - Links providing access to the Web sites, archives and publications, and information resources established by and for the various state agencies of Florida government.
- State Library and Archives of Florida - Links to electronic services offered by the State Library of Florida. The Library's collections include more than one million items in a wide variety of formats and subjects. The Web site provides access to the state library online catalog and lists services available to state employees.

Links are provided for every state and U.S. Territory, and for multi-state sites, federal resources, and national organizations. The Florida link provides easy access to Florida statewide offices, Florida legislative, judicial, and executive agencies, Florida boards and commissions, Florida regional organizations, all Florida counties and cities that have online resources, and Florida government-related associations.
