Screening Organizations for Participation in the FSECC

The FSECC promotes informed giving and charitable integrity. State employees are entitled to accurate information about the charitable organizations that seek their support.

Charitable organizations approved to participate in the annual FSEC Campaign are pre-screened, non-profit organizations. They all must meet the eligibility criteria presented in Section 110.181, Florida Statutes, and comply with the procedures outlined in Chapter 60L-39, Florida Administrative Code. They must also register with the Department of Agriculture's Division of Consumer Services under the Solicitation of Contributions Act. A copy of any non-profit organization's official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free within the State (1-800-435-7352).
