Campaign Governance and Management
The FSECC is administered and coordinated by the Department of Management Services. Oversight of the FSECC is provided by a statewide Steering Committee comprised of nine state employees appointed by the Governor, the Cabinet and the Secretary of the Department of Management Services. All charitable organizations are screened by the Committee for admission to the FSEC Campaign.
