Deferred Compensation - This website provides information on the tax deferred "employee contribution" investment program available to state employees. |

Direct Deposit - Salary and retirement payments are directly deposited into your designated bank, savings and loan association, or credit unions via Electronic Funds Transfer. |

Employee Assistance Programs- The EAP program, provided by The Allen Group, offers confidential, professional counseling services, 24 hours a day, and at no cost to state employees and their family members. |

Florida Tuition Waiver Program - This program allows state employees to enroll for up to 6 credit hours of courses per term at a state university or community colleges, on a space-available basis. |

Holidays - State employees are granted 10 paid holidays per year. |

Leave - Each employee is eligible for leave benefits which include, but are not limited to, annual, sick, administrative, family medical, educational, disability and military leave. |

Mentoring Program - Each employee may be granted up to one hour of administrative leave per week, not to exceed five hours per calendar month, to participate in school or community voluntary activities. |
