Ordering Process

Five simple steps for ordering your Reservationless VCS accounts:

  1. Contact your telephone representative and request they submit a CSA for Reservationless Services on your behalf.
    • To see a sample CSA click [ here (pdf 21.18 kB) ].
    • CSA processing status may be monitored by your organization's telephone representative using the Online CSA System.
  2. Once processed, you will receive a welcome email from conferencing@suncom.governmentconferencing.com within one week.
    • The welcome email will contain your active conferencing information.
    • Begin using your new Reservationless VCS account with the information provided in the Welcome Email.
  3. Your personal Welcome Packet and Wallet Card will be sent approximately 3 weeks after initial set up.
  4. Begin getting connected.

If training is desired, register for a training class provided by CITS and InterCall, Inc.
