**Remote Gateway-to-Remote Gateway VPN Concentrator software configuration and installation cost associated with the remote ends (far end meshed tunnels) of the LAN-to-LAN connection. ***Please complete and submit a CSA for any service changes, i.e., for New Accounts, Changes to Accounts and/or Disconnection of Accounts. ****When a customer with Hayes' owned equipment disconnects their service, the equipment needs to be returned back to the vendor. Billing will continue until the Hayes' owned equipment is returned. The official procedure is that Hayes will issue a UPS call tag, and UPS will pick up the equipment at the customer site. Hayes will call the customer the day before UPS is scheduled to pick up the equipment. |
