'Next Token Code Requested' prompt
The keyfob server has been upgraded and there have been a few changes. The new server adds the capability of users to resynchronize their own keyfobs during the login process. Below is a typical scenario.
During your login you will see....
User Access Verification
Username:
enter PASSCODE:
After entering you passcode you may now receive 'Next Token Code Requested'. If you receive this message, it is prompting you to resynchronize your keyfob. To do this wait for the keyfob to change it's code and then enter only the new code, without your PIN number and hit enter. If the resynchronization was successful you will receive 'Next Token Code Accepted' and you will be logged into the system as usual.
