Reservationless Voice Conference Services
Reservationless Voice Conference Services (VCS) gives you on-demand conferencing allowing you to initiate a conference 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - without the need to make a reservation. Holding a conference call is as simple as dialing a permanent number and entering a conference code.
MyFloridaSUNCOM's Reservationless VCS offers a variety of popular features to customize your conference call such as recording & playback, individual and group mute/unmute, operator-assistance, conference lock, private roll call, dial-out to participant, and transcription.
Effect July 1, 2008, SUNCOM has assumed billing responsibility for Reservationless Voice Conference Services. If you are currently using the SUNCOM on-line billing system to review other SUNCOM invoices, no further action is need. If you are not a current subscriber to the system, then you will need to sign up by visiting http://SUNCOMbilling.myflorida.com/.
