Directory Information Revisions
The repository maintained by DMS Communications and Information Technology Services (CITS) is only as accurate as the information provided. Each agency is responsible for submitting revisions as necessary in order to keep directory files current, including the deletion of listings no longer applicable.
If the change affects a telephone station that can be accessed through an agency switchboard or information center, both the agency switchboard operators and the CITS operators are to be notified.
The data format for electronic submission may be obtained upon request from CITS.
State agency personnel listings are maintained through the statewide personnel system PeopleFirst, administered by the Department of Management Services. All organizations that do not use PeopleFirstshould update their listings by completing the available online form.
