The Technology Services Desk supports all services provided by Communication Information Technology Services (CITS), thereby enhancing the customer’s experience by streamlining service delivery and support interactions.

Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year, the Technology Services Desk serves as the single point of contact to the customers of CITS Telecommunication and Information Technology services.
