MyFloridaSUNCOM Registration

How do I Register?

Registering for MyFloridaSUNCOM services is easy. Just follow the steps listed below to begin taking advantage of the MyFlorida Enterprise!

Step 1:

If you do not currently receive SUNCOM services, the customer must download a PDF version of the Florida SUNCOM Network Services Agreement (pdf 27.34 kB) for completion. If you currently receive SUNCOM services, proceed to Ordering MyFloridaSUNCOM Services.

Mail, fax or e-mail the completed SUNCOM Network Services Agreement to:

Tallahassee, FL 32399-0950
Fax: .850.922.5162

For assistance in completing the SUNCOM Network Services Agreement or for additional information on qualifying for SUNCOM services, please call the Technology Services Desk at (850)487-1746 or toll free at 1-866-693-5873 or click here to send your request.

Step 2:

For MyFloridaSUNCOM services, a new customer will create and save a customer profile upon first entering the Online Communications Authorization System (CSA) System.

Communications and Information Technology Services (CITS) will review the online user profile when submitted and then will validate (or deny) customer access to the system according to a set of minimum criteria. A new customer will not be able to submit the CSA until customer eligibility is confirmed by CITS to ensure security of customer information and access.

The online system will generate an e-mail when a customer profile is accepted. The customer will also receive an e-mail when the CSA has been successfully submitted to the CITS. If you have questions regarding the Online CSA System, please call the Technology Services Desk at (850)487-1746 or toll free at 1-866-693-5873 or click here to send your request.

Authorized individuals from your organization must be on file with CITS to order services. The registration of additional authorized individuals through the Online CSA System requires approval by the pre-authorized Communications Service Authorization Representative (CSAR) for your organization. Organizations may have more than one CSAR on record in the system.

CITS is a one-stop service provider committed to the delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction. We look forward to working with you to provide successful solutions.
