Title: Uniforms
VF Imagewear (VFI) has proposed new products and price adjustments on existing products in Lot 10, (DEP – Law Enforcement) in accordance with Section 4.03, Price Escalation/De-Escalation. These changes are authorized based on the applicable Producer Price Index (PPI) and are effective December 31, 2007. For example, prices for Long Sleeve Male and Female (Individual Issue) Shirts (Items # 10.1.1 and 10.1.2) have been increased from $26.75 to $27.50 each. Male and Female short pants (previously manufactured by Sportif, now by Edwards) have been reduced from $31.00 to $22.00. Cost savings percentage discounts range from 14% (Grey polo shirts) to 57% (Standard Issue, Female Dress Trousers)
Price Sheets on the State Term Contract website have been amended to include the new pricing. Additionally, Product Specifications for Lots # 1 (DHSMV/Florida Highway Patrol) and # 10 (DEP/Law Enforcement) have been added to the main contract home page at: http://dms.myflorida.com/business_operations/state_purchasing/vendor_information/state_contracts_agreements_and_price_lists/state_term_contracts/uniforms
