Amendments
State Term Contract 200-050-05-1 (Uniforms) has been renewed for a five year period with VF Imagewear, Inc., and is now effective through October 14, 2014.
In accordance with contract section 4.16 (Additions / Deletions), products for three State Agency Divisions, (Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles - Florida Highway Patrol, Department of Environmental Protections - Division of Parks and Recreation and Division of Law Enforcement) have been added to the contract. Products, prices and specifications for these added items can be located on the pages following this Contract Memorandum #8.
VF Imagewear (VFI) has proposed new products and price adjustments on existing products in Lot 10, (DEP - Law Enforcement) in accordance with Section 4.03, Price Escalation/De-Escalation.
Superior Uniform Group is approved a price increase of 1.41% for product lots awarded to them (Lots # 1 through 9 and 11 through 16) per Section 4.03, Price Escalation/De-Escalation.
At the request of the Florida Highway Patrol and the Department of Environmental Protection.
Two changes have made in the above referenced contract as a result of this Amendment # 4:
Superior Uniform Group has requested a price increase for product lots awarded to them (Lots # 1 through 9 and 11 through 16) per Section 4.03, Price Escalation/De-Escalation.The percentage increase they are authorized to implement based on the applicable Producer Price Index (PPI) is 6.85%.
The Contract Award for Lot # 10, (Uniform products for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection - Division of Law Enforcement) has been withdrawn from Superior Uniform Group
Two uniform items ("Sportif" shorts; Superior Uniform Group products # 35501 (Men's) and 35511 (Women's)) have been added to this contract at the request of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP - Law Enforcement).
