INTENDED USE |
|
USED FOR MOWING APPLICATIONS WHEN CUTTING MATERIAL UP TO 4 INCHES IN DIAMETER. |
|
DRIVE SHAFT: Telescoping drive shaft with all moving parts fully shielded, including U-joints with floating, cylindrical, collapsible covers. Shaft shall be designed for attachment to a tractor with a 540 RPM PTO. |
|
GEAR BOX: Fully enclosed and oil lubricated. Shall have a continuous rating of 125 HP, minimum. |
|
BLADES: Two (2) free swinging, heat treated, cutter blades. Blades must be capable of cutting material up to 4 inches in diameter. |
|
FRAME & HOUSING: All welded steel construction, 1/4â deck and sides, minimum. Lift mast to facilitate simple and safe hook-up to a tractor with a 3-point hitch. Cutting height adjustable from 2 to 12 inches. Cut material discharged at the rear only, for safety purposes. |
|
SAFETY CHAINS/SHIELDS: Manufacturerâs standard safety chains/shields. |
|
TAIL WHEEL: Center mounted, 360 degree swivel, rear caster wheel. |
|
SKID SHOES: Left and right replaceable skid shoes, if available. |
|
PAINT: Manufacturerâs standard paint and color. |
|
CONDITIONS: Equipment offered must be completely assembled, including options/accessories and shall have been thoroughly tested and ready for operation. Equipment must be equipped with all Manufacturersâ standard components and accessories. At a minimum the Manufacturerâs standard warranty for state and municipalities shall be provided. A copy of the warranty shall be provided with the bid. Manufacturer shall have a minimum of 25 units in operation within the past 2 years for this type of mower. |
