Creel Tractor Company has submitted new manufacturer’s pricelists in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

Amendment 1 (7 April 05)

The following Contractors: Agco Corporation, Alamo Sales Corporation, John Deere Company, Landig Tractor Co., Nortrax Inc., Ring Power Corporation, Schulte U.S.A., Inc., Superior Tractor Co. have revised their equipment line and/or submitted new manufacturer’s pricelists in accordance with the terms of the Contract. The John Deere Company and Landig Tractor’s Ordering Instructions have been revised.
