The Department of Management Services, Division of State Purchasing, has decided and is hereby notifying you that in the State’s best interest State Term Contract No. 765-900-06-1; Tractors and Mowers, will be Terminated for Convenience effective Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at 5:00 pm ET, per contract section 4.23, Termination for Convenience. A replacement state term contract containing similar commodities is already in effect, State Term Contract No. 760-001-08-1; Construction, Industrial & Agricultural Equipment, and may be found at: http://dms.myflorida.com/business_operations/state_purchasing/vendor_information/state_contracts_agreements_and_price_lists/state_term_contracts/construction_industrial_agricultural_equipment.
Any purchase orders issued by an eligible user and received by the applicable contractor, per these contract terms, prior to 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday, October 31, 2007, shall be honored.
