Title: Tools, Hand Held, and Hand Held Power Tools

  • The contract is renewed for one additional year from July 30, 2009 through July 29, 2010. The renewal is effective July 30, 2009.
  • Holley, Inc. declined to renew and is removed from the contract.
  • Dayton, Fluke, Speedaire, and Westward brands are removed from the contract.
  • The price sheets are revised to reflect renewal related adjustments.
