Title: Tools, Hand Held, and Hand Held Power Tools

· Hughes Supply Tool Division has been acquired by Home Depot.

· Effective May 31, 2007, this contract is revised to replace Hughes Supply, Tool Division with HD Supply - Plumbing HVAC. The Ordering Instructions and Price Sheets are revised to reflect this change.
