In the Special Conditions of the Contract, Page 6, paragraph entitled, ADDITION/DELETION OF SERVICES OR VENDORS, the language is being revised to read as follows:

ADDITION/DELETION OF SERVICES OR VENDORS

State Purchasing reserves the right to add or delete any service or vendor from the contract when deemed to be in the State's best interest.
