Please note the following changes to the subject contract:

 

No Fault SAF DEK (available through Rep Services, Inc.) has revised its product name to SAF DEK by Pathway Services.

 

New price lists have been posted for the following contractors:

Playmore West, Inc.

Sunguard Shade Structures Corp.

 

Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
