The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
The contractor SofSurfaces, Inc. has removed two of their authorized service representatives, AmericanPark & Play and Rep Services, Inc.Three authorized service representatives remain on the contract (Bliss Products & Services, Playmore Recreational Products & Services and Contract Connection.
It should also be noted that this contract expires on July 31, 2006, and there are no renewal options available.Customers wishing to purchase from this contract are advised to place their orders and take delivery prior to this date.
Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
