The contractor SofSurfaces, Inc. has removed two of their authorized service representatives, AmericanPark & Play and Rep Services, Inc.
The Contract Administrator has been changed from Ellen Potts to Mark Lovell, CPPB.
The subject contract has been renewed through July 31, 2006. Industrial Shadeports USA, Inc. and Piazza, Inc. were not renewed.
No Fault SAF DEK (available through Rep Services, Inc.) has revised its product name to SAF DEK by Pathway Services. Playmore West, Inc. and Sunguard Shade Structures Corp. have new price lists.
The Contract Connection-American Ramp Co. product line has been deleted from the subject contract. The Rep Services, Inc.-No Fault SAFDEK product line has been added to the subject contract.
American Park & Play has added and removed products from the contract.
The subject contract has been renewed for one year between August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005. The Contract Administrator has been changed from Maureen Livings to Ellen Potts. American Park & Play has made additions to the contract.
The subject contractor (Contract Connection, Inc.) has dropped BCI Burke Co., LLC and would like to replace them with WOW Playgrounds, Inc. which meets all the original bid requirements. There is no price increase from the original manufacturer, BCI Burke Co., LLC. The discount offered remains the same at 5%.
BCI Burke Company, LLC is no longer being offered by Contract Connection, Inc. They have agreed to let Playspace Services sell the equipment on this contract. The Contract Administrator has been changed from Chuck Beall to Maureen Livings.
BCI Burke Company brand of playground equipment is being added to the RecycledPark and Playground Equipment category. It was inadvertently omitted on the bid evaluation and should have been awarded on the contract.
