TITLE: Paper: Tissues and Towels

The above mentioned Contract is renewed for one year effective August 1, 2009 until July 31, 2010. Contract pricing has been negotiated to achieve an overall average price reduction of 4%.

Electronic Invoicing options will be offered to customers through the Ariba Supplier Network (ASN) upon establishing the viability and compatibility of the Contractor's electronic data interchange (EDI) system with the ASN.

Any questions that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
