The above mentioned Contract is renewed for one year effective August 1, 2009 until July 31, 2010. Contract pricing has been negotiated to achieve an overall average price reduction of 4%.

Contract item prices reflect an escalation in the prices on the contract of 4.47% price increase in accordance with the Special Condition, 4.01 Price Adjustments. The percentage established by the Producer Price Index for Commercial Paper Products was used in the formula as set forth in the special conditions to establish new pricing.
Effective June 2, 2006, contract has revised product description and pricing for 1-Ply and 2-Ply Toilet Tissue.
