General Information

Grainger has created a custom, fully functional website to be used in conjunction with State Term Contract #450-000-04-1, Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies (MRO) and State Term Contract #445-001-03-1, Tools: Hand Held & Hand Held Electric." C" represents approximately 89,000 Grainger Red Book contract items.All Manufacturer's products (Line Extensions outside those listed on the website & Special Orders) associated with " C" are covered under the Maintenance, Repair and Operating (MRO) and Hand/Power Tools Contracts.

Eligible Users

Eligible Users will be required to register and then log-in in order to access State Term Contract Pricing. In order to register simply click on the Not Registered Link in the Log-In Box on the upper left corner of the Grainger Website and follow the instructions given. If you do not know your Grainger account number, click on the branch locator icon on the website tool bar to contact your local branch and acquire your account number for the registration process. Note: Existing State of Florida contract users will log-in using their current assigned Grainger log-in information.

Item Search

The entire balance of Grainger's product line is available for viewing and purchase on this custom website. This will include both contract and non-contract items. There are several different ways to determine if an item is on a State Term Contract. You can begin by selecting the type of search you wish to perform in order to locate the items you are seeking.

In the search box in the upper middle portion of the website there are two radio buttons, All Products and Custom Catalog, which determine the type of products that will be visible.

Custom Catalog View

Under this view you will only see items that are on either the MRO or Tools State Term Contract, and they are designated by a " C", or a note on the item detail pages that says "This item is approved on your organization's custom catalog".

All Products View

Under this view you will see all State Term Contract Items, as well as the balance of Grainger's™ catalog product line. Products that are approved as State Term Contract Items with Grainger are

indicated on Grainger's Web site in the following ways:
