Amendments
The subject contract has been renewed for three years, from November 1, 2004 to October 31, 2007.
The following vendors have been removed from the contract:
-- Crescent Propane, Inc.
-- Superior Propane Gas Co.
The Contract Administrator has been changed from Rob Butler to David Bennett.
This contract has been revised to add Amendment 1 in support of MyFloridaMarketPlace.
1. All counties awarded to Columbia Propane have been changed to AmeriGas Propane. AmeriGas Propane acquired Columbia Propane and agrees to honor all prices established by Columbia Propane and awarded by county.
2. The Ordering Instructions for Columbia Propane have been deleted. Note revised pages as indicated on each page affected.
3. The Ordering Instructions for AmeriGas Propane has been updated.
