Title: Disposable Plastic Can Liners

The contract has been renewed for an additional year from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005, with All American Poly, Calico Industries, Inc., and Central Poly Corp.

The following contractors have not been renewed:

  • District Healthcare
  • Dyna-Pak Corporation
  • Rapha Associates
  • Unisource Worldwide

All American Poly has been allowed a price increase in accordance with contract paragraph 3.24 Equitable Adjustment.

Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
