Title: Disposable Plastic Can Liners

The following changes have been made to the subject contract:

  1. Calico item 9910621, 15”x9”x24”, 1.0 mil liner, Clear, Vented, 1000 percase, commodity code 485-060-540-0105, has been added to the contractat $19.66 per case.
  2. District Healthcare/Mid Atlantic Number 242401V, 15”x9”x24”, 1.0 milliner, Clear, Vented, 1000 per case, commodity code 485-060-540-0105,has been added to the contract at $20.24 per case.
  3. Commodity Code 485-060-540-2210 has been changed to 485-060-540-2205 for the Linear Low Density, Type II, Medium Duty, 2.0 mil wallthickness,16”x14”x37” clear liner with vent holes due to duplicatenumbering.
