Title: Disposable Plastic Can Liners
· Calico Industries Inc. and All American Poly have been allowed a price increase in accordance with contract paragraph 3.24 Equitable Adjustment. The necessary documentation has been supplied to establish that all the conditions required to allow a price increase under the Equitable Adjustment paragraph exist in the can liner industry at this time.
