Contract No. 515-630-06-1

Title: Lawn Equipment

The contract is hereby amended as follows:

  • In accordance with contract Section 5.7, a price increase has been requested, and allowed, for Live Oak Lawn Supply, Inc.
  • In addition, replacement models have been added for those models that are now obsolete in accordance with contract section 5.5.
  • The price change is effective on October 1, 2008, and the contract price sheets have been revised to reflect the price increase and replacement models.

Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
