Title: Lawn Equipment

The contract is hereby amended as follows:

  • In accordance with contract Section 4.4 (e) Equitable Adjustments, a price increase has been requested, and allowed, for Wesco Turf Supply, Inc.
  • The price change is effective on September 22, 2008, and the contract price sheets have been revised to reflect the price increase.

Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
