Amendments
In accordance with Contract Section 5.5 Product Additions/Deletions, the model SMST-72A has been replaced with model SMT-72VS on the Scag line of products for Florida Outdoor Equipment, Inc.
In accordance with Contract Section 5.5 Product Additions/Deletions, new models have been added to the Florida Outdoor Equipment, Billy Goat Products. The contract price sheets have been revised to reflect these changes.
In accordance with Contract Section 5.7, Price Adjustment, a price decrease has been made for Gulf Coast Tractor & Equipment, Inc. and Live Oak Lawn Supply, Inc. The contract price sheets have been revised to reflect these changes.
The contract has been renewed for an additional six months from August 17, 2009 through February 16, 2010.
Effective June 19, 2009, new products by Ariens Company ( Gravely), Inc have been added to their Gravely products line catalog.
The contract has been renewed for a three month period from May 17, 2008 through August 16, 2009.
Wesco Turf Supply, Inc. & Wesco Turf, Inc. have been merged into a single company, Wesco Turf, Inc.
The contract has been amended to reflect a price increase and product replacements for Live Oak Lawn Supply.
The contract is hereby amended to include a price increase for Wesco Turf Supply, Inc., effective on September 22, 2008.
New models have been added to the Ariens Company Gravely Products and replacement models have been added for those models that are now obsolete
Florida Outdoor Equipment has added new equipment for 2008, has revised model numbers, and has adjusted prices on Scag, Billy Goat and Echo product lines effective January 1, 2008.

Magic Circle Corporation, Dixie Chopper, has added XC3300-74, 33 HP Generac Engine with a 74 inch deck (XCaliber Model) to their Dixie Chopper Products line.
Magic Circle Corporation, Dixie Chopper, has added Mower XWF3000-60 and decreased prices for LT2500-44d, X2703-60 and XG2703-60 to their Dixie Chopper Products line.
Toro Dingo Product Line by Wesco Turf Supply, Inc. have been added to their Toro Commercial Products line.
New products by Wesco Turf Supply, Inc. have been added to their Toro Commercial Products line catalog.
One bidder (Kilpatrick Company) offered and was awarded a lease option for Lawn Equipment provided by their company.
