SUBJECT: Contract No. 365-001-06-1

Title: Floor Maintenance Machines, Commercial

The following changes have been made to the subject contract:

  • A price increase on all equipment for Tennant Sales & Service Company becomes effective on September 24, 2007.
  • Tennant Nobles Commercial Walk Behind Equipment Model 2001 Walk behind Scrubbers (all versions) and Model 1701 Walk Behind Scrubber have been discontinued and replaced by the Model SS 17-20 Speed Scrub Walk Behind Scrubbers. Also, the Model Speed Gleam Brunishers (P/N’s 612967 and 612964) have been replaced by new versions of the same machine and the part numbers have been changed to 9003538 and 9003534 respectively. For the Tennant Commercial Walk Behind Equipment, the Model 5100 Walk Behind Scrubber as been discontinued. The replacement for this unit has already been added to the contract previously.
