Title: Floor Maintenance Machines, Commercial
The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
1) Sanitaire Model SC660A, SC2835A, SC888G, SC1045, SC6003, SC6020, SC6035 have been discontinued and are being removed from the contract. These products have been replaced with new model numbers SC678A, SC695A, SC688A, SC888J, SC881A, SC882A and SC883A.
2) A price increase on Sanitaire Commercial Cleaning Equipment from All-State Company dba Norman’s Vacuum Supply becomes effective on May 1, 2007.
Any questions or problems in delivery or service that may arise regarding this contract should be directed to the Contract Administrator.
