SUBJECT: Contract No. 365-001-06-1
Title: Floor Maintenance Machines, Commercial
The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
1) Tennant Brand Walk-Behind Scrubbers, Model 5400 and Nobles Brand Walk-Behind Model SpeedScrubs 3301, 2701, 2601 and 2401 have been discontinued and are being removed from the contract. These products have been replaced with new model numbers T5 and SS. The same State of Florida discount percentage applies to the replacement models.
2) Prices for TCO Industrial Riders, models number 6400E, 6400D, 6400G, 6400LP, 6600D, 6600G, 6600LP, 6650D, 6650G and 6650LP have been reduced. The new percentage discount from MSRP is increased from 3.25% to 11%. The remainder of the TCO Industrial Rider product line remains at 3.25% off of MSRP.
3) An overall price increase (except for the items referenced above, along with model numbers M20, T20, R14) of 3.5 % has been requested by the supplier.
