The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
The above mentioned Contract is renewed for a period of three years effective November 4, 2009 through November 3, 2012.
Price reductions for core-Contract items will be reflected in the renewal price schedule which will be made available on November 4, 2009.
Inside delivery fees have been eliminated from this Contract.
