The following changes have been made to the subject contract:
Effective March 9, 2009, a product replacement of items #310-070-380-0008, #310-070-380-0009 and #310-070-380-0230 have been changed to 28# white wove from 28# white kraft. This change allows a buying solution for a stronger, brighter, and better grade of paper at 5% savings, resulting in an estimated $25,000 overall savings annually. New commodity descriptions are as follows:

High spend agencies accounting for 98% of purchases have approved this modification, as well as Contractor Piney Bowes Management Services as operator of the Mail and Courier Services STC has verified compatibility and performance. Subsequent pricing has been revised to reflect changes on the State Term Contract.
